  • 0.88 lb lamb neck fillets, bite-size
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 can (14 oz) chopped tomatoes (with olive oil + garlic)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (+ extra to serve)

Method
 

  1. In a cold pan, add lamb. Sear on medium-high, 5–7 mins until browned.
  2. Add paprika and cinnamon. Stir 1 min until aromatic.
  3. Pour in tomatoes and parsley. Stir and bring to boil.
  4. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 30 mins until lamb is tender.
  5. Serve with extra parsley.
