Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 200 g spaghetti dry
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and gently sauté garlic until golden.
  3. Add chili flakes and a splash of pasta water to create sauce.
  4. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until coated.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use starchy pasta water to thicken the sauce naturally.
