Method
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and gently sauté garlic until golden.
- Add chili flakes and a splash of pasta water to create sauce.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix until coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use starchy pasta water to thicken the sauce naturally.
