  • 650 g Chicken breast (4 pieces)
  • 6 tsp Paprika
  • 6 tsp Dark brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Garlic granules
  • 3 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • Light oil spray Light oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Slice chicken into thin fillets.
  3. Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss chicken with spice mix until coated.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with oil.
  6. Arrange chicken in a single layer, spray lightly again.
  7. Cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway. Internal temp: 75°C.
  8. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
