Method
- Preheat oven to 90°C (195°F) and keep a tray warm.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, butter (or oil), and egg in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; batter should be lumpy.
- Heat skillet over medium, grease lightly.
- Pour batter in 2–3 tbsp portions onto skillet.
- Cook 1–2 minutes until bubbles form, flip, then cook 1–2 minutes until golden.
- Transfer pancakes to oven tray to keep warm.
- Serve warm with toppings.
