- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stir to combine, then fold in cranberries.
- Spread into baking dish, smooth top, and bake for 40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
