- Combine ground beef, garlic, onion, BBQ sauce, salt, and steak seasoning. Mix gently.
- Divide into 4 patties; indent centers slightly.
- Preheat grill to medium-high; clean and oil grates.
- Grill 3–5 minutes per side; brush with BBQ sauce and add cheese in last minute.
