Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir until dough forms.
- Knead gently on floured surface for 15–20 seconds.
- Pat or roll to 2.5cm thick and cut biscuits.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 13–15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
