Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13x9 inch pan with parchment.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, yolk, and vanilla; stir until glossy.
- Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures; don’t overmix.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Spread batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out moist.
- Cool completely, then slice and serve.
