Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 226 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 250 g packed brown sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 285 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 115 g white chocolate chips
  • 130 g chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13x9 inch pan with parchment.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, yolk, and vanilla; stir until glossy.
  4. Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry mixtures; don’t overmix.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Spread batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out moist.
  8. Cool completely, then slice and serve.
