Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour an 8-inch pan.
- Melt butter over low heat. Remove, stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla.
- Add cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder. Mix gently.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 25–30 min. Cool 10 min.
- Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm brownies.
- Let frosting set. Cut with hot knife for clean edges.
