Method
- Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, salt, chili, and lemon juice. Chill 30 mins.
- Add yogurt, turmeric, garam masala, cumin. Chill 4+ hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–22 mins, flipping halfway.
- Heat ghee, fry garlic and ginger 1–2 mins.
- Add spices, fry till fragrant.
- Stir in tomato purée and lemon juice, cook 2–3 mins.
- Add cooked chicken to sauce, stir gently.
- Finish with butter and cream, stir till smooth.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
