Ingredients
  

Base
  • 120 g full-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 medium garlic clove, finely minced
  • 10 g fresh lemon juice
  • 5 g Dijon mustard
  • 2.5 g Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 g fine salt
  • 30 g finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15 g water
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, and salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add Parmesan and mix well.
  3. Add water and stir to desired consistency.
  4. Season with black pepper. Taste and adjust lemon or Worcestershire if needed.
  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
