Lettuce
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Chicken
  • 1 pound cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Cheese
  • ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese such as Cracker Barrel
Croutons
  • ½ cup seasoned croutons
Dressing
  • ¼ cup creamy Caesar dressing such as Kraft

Method
 

  1. Arrange 180g chopped romaine lettuce on four plates.
  2. Top with 450g sliced cooked chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle 50g shredded Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  4. Add 50g seasoned croutons and drizzle 60ml Caesar dressing.
