Method
- Mix spices in a bowl.
- Heat oil, sauté onion for 5 mins. Add garlic and ginger, stir 30 sec.
- Add spices, toast 1 min.
- Add tomatoes and broth, simmer 5–7 mins.
- Return to pan, add chicken, simmer 10–12 mins.
- Cool slightly, blend until smooth.
- Stir in cream, taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve with rice, naan, and a deep exhale.
