Method
- Mix all seasoning ingredients and rub over chicken.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and cook chicken 7–8 minutes per side until golden. Rest.
- Sauté peppers and onion in same skillet for 4–5 minutes.
- Slice chicken, add to veggies, squeeze lime, toss.
- Warm tortillas, fill with chicken and veggies, add toppings.
