Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts about 450g
Vegetables
  • 3 pieces bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
Oils & Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lime lime juice
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix all seasoning ingredients and rub over chicken.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and cook chicken 7–8 minutes per side until golden. Rest.
  3. Sauté peppers and onion in same skillet for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Slice chicken, add to veggies, squeeze lime, toss.
  5. Warm tortillas, fill with chicken and veggies, add toppings.
