  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 1 green onion green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp seasoned salt more to taste
  • tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped dill or dried dill optional

Method
 

  1. Mix: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, green onion, Dijon mustard, seasoned salt, pepper, and dill.
  2. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
