Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar in a bowl until pale.
- Add flour and gently mix. Fold in chocolate mixture.
- Divide into ramekins. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles.
- Cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
Notes
Chill ramekins before baking for a more stable shape.
