Base
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 packets sucralose sweetener (or to taste — optional)

Method
 

  1. Add vinegar, mustard, olive oil, and sweetener to a jar.
  2. Shake vigorously until smooth and blended.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Shake again before use. Drizzle over salads or as a dip.
