Method
- Cook pasta in salted water 1-2 min less than package, reserve 1 cup water, then drain.
- Sauté onion in oil for 5 min.
- Add turkey, brown, season, then add garlic last.
- Sprinkle flour, stir 1 min.
- Pour in broth and tomato sauce, simmer 5-10 min.
- Add pasta and half-and-half, stir gently.
- Mix in half the cheese, top with remaining, cover to melt.
- Garnish with parsley and chili flakes, serve hot.
