Method
- Heat sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger. Cook 2–3 mins.
- Add broth, water, and mushrooms. Simmer 10 mins.
- Add noodles. Cook 4–5 mins until al dente.
- Stir in kale, carrots, scallions. Let soften off heat.
- Top with toasted panko, chili oil, and serve hot.
