- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Spread dressing on one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble sandwiches: cheese, corned beef, kraut, cheese, bread.
- Butter the outer sides of bread.
- Grill 4–5 mins per side, pressing with weight.
- Rest 1 minute, slice diagonally, and serve.
