- Thaw lobster tails overnight or in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 260°C and position rack 4–5 inches from broiler.
- Cut down the center of each shell and lift the meat out to sit on top.
- Whisk melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne.
- Brush lobster meat generously with the butter sauce.
- Broil for 1 minute per ounce of lobster, watching carefully.
- Remove when meat is opaque and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
