Ingredients
  

Chocolate and Butter
  • 55 g semi-sweet chocolate (baking chocolate)
  • 56 g unsalted butter
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 egg yolk egg yolk
  • 22 g all-purpose flour
  • 7 g cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Grease 2 ramekins with spray and dust with cocoa.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in short bursts; stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar.
  5. Whisk in egg and yolk until smooth.
  6. Sift in flour and cocoa; fold to combine.
  7. Divide batter into ramekins.
  8. Bake for 13 minutes; center should jiggle.
  9. Rest 2 minutes, invert, and unmold.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
