Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Grease 2 ramekins with spray and dust with cocoa.
- Melt chocolate and butter in short bursts; stir until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar.
- Whisk in egg and yolk until smooth.
- Sift in flour and cocoa; fold to combine.
- Divide batter into ramekins.
- Bake for 13 minutes; center should jiggle.
- Rest 2 minutes, invert, and unmold.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
