  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 4 slices lemon slices
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down, add lemon slices, and cook for 4 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip the fillets, lower heat, and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Optional: Sear sides for 1-2 minutes if needed.
  6. Serve with lemon slices and parsley, drizzled with pan juices.
