Method
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Make a well, add egg, melted butter, and most of the milk.
- Whisk until smooth, adding more milk if needed for thick, pourable batter.
- Rest batter 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly grease.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter, shape into rounds.
- Cook 2 minutes until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden.
- Serve warm with toppings.
