Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Add banana to blender.
  2. Add frozen berries on top.
  3. Pour in almond milk evenly.
  4. Add Greek yogurt last.
  5. Pulse a few times, then blend high until silky smooth (45–60 seconds).
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into cold glasses and serve immediately.
