Method
- Heat chili oil in a pan and crisp tortillas on both sides. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook garlic, then add black beans and spices. Smash and cook 5 minutes.
- Wipe pan, add oil, and fry eggs sunny-side with smoked paprika.
- Stack tortilla, beans, egg, salsa, and toppings.
