Method
- Boil water, cook soba noodles for 4 minutes, rinse and lightly oil.
- Prep broccolini, sugar snap peas, edamame, and grate garlic.
- Whisk water, soy, sugar, cornflour, honey, ginger, and garlic; simmer 5 mins till thick.
- Sear salmon skin-side down in olive oil, 1-2 minutes per side, remove.
- Flash-cook vegetables in same pan, 2 minutes.
- Toss noodles and veg with some sauce. Plate noodles, top with salmon, drizzle sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds.
