Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, finely minced onion, garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix all ingredients with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the burgers tough.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties, about 2 cm thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from bulging during cooking.
- Preheat your gordon ramsay food to 190°C (375°F). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
- Carefully place the turkey patties in a single layer in the gordon ramsay food basket. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your appliance.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the burgers are golden brown and cooked through.
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking until melted.
- While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast your burger buns, if desired.
- Assemble your burgers with your favourite toppings like crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, red onion, and a dollop of your preferred burger sauce. Enjoy!

Notes
For an extra flavour kick, add a pinch of dried sage or thyme to the turkey mixture. And don't forget to toast your buns for the ultimate texture!
