Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 450 g ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 28 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 14 oz chicken broth
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese, grated or more, to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook 8 minutes, stirring, until turkey is browned.
  2. Stir in oregano, garlic powder, and dried basil.
  3. Add uncooked rotini pasta and mix well.
  4. Pour in spaghetti sauce and chicken broth. Stir to coat everything.
  5. Bring to a boil, then lower heat. Cover and simmer 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Check pasta for doneness. Add a splash of broth if sauce thickens too much.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
