Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment and spray lightly with oil.
- Remove leaves and trim stem of cauliflower. Slice into ¾-inch steaks, keeping florets intact.
- Lay steaks and florets on tray. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle half the seasonings evenly.
- After 15 minutes, flip with spatulas. Spray again and season with remaining spices.
- Bake for 10–15 more minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot on a plate or straight from the tray.
