Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 heads cauliflower medium size
  • 30 ml olive oil spray
  • 5 g kosher salt or 2.5g other salt
  • 1.5 g black pepper divided
  • 3 g garlic powder divided
  • 3 g paprika divided
  • 3 g ground coriander divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment and spray lightly with oil.
  2. Remove leaves and trim stem of cauliflower. Slice into ¾-inch steaks, keeping florets intact.
  3. Lay steaks and florets on tray. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle half the seasonings evenly.
  4. After 15 minutes, flip with spatulas. Spray again and season with remaining spices.
  5. Bake for 10–15 more minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot on a plate or straight from the tray.
