Method
- Whisk all marinade ingredients until well combined.
- Pour marinade over the T-bone in a bag or container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, flipping halfway.
- Remove steak, pat dry, and grill or sear to desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
