Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup prepared mustard (or Dijon)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or smashed
  • to taste Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients until well combined.
  2. Pour marinade over the T-bone in a bag or container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, flipping halfway.
  3. Remove steak, pat dry, and grill or sear to desired doneness.
  4. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
