- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Place fillets skin-side down with lemon slices; cook for about 4 minutes without moving.
- Flip fillets and cook for another 4–5 minutes until flaky. Drizzle pan juices and serve with lemon.
