
Gordon Ramsay Lentil Curry Recipe
A hearty and flavorful lentil curry inspired by Gordon Ramsay, perfect for a comforting meal with aromatic spices and creamy coconut milk.

Method
- Melt butter in a large pot. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook for 10 minutes until soft.
- Add curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne; stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in lentils, coconut milk, tomatoes, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened and lentils are tender.
- Stir in half the chopped coriander. Serve over rice with yogurt and remaining coriander.
